As an alternative to raw fish, Peach Blossoms’s Unagi Yu Sheng is served with crispy fish skin and topped with Chef Chan Shun Wong’s signature Hong Kong-style sesame dressing which compliments the roasted eel.
Peach Blossoms’ Water Chestnut Cake with Osmanthus will be a nice festive gift this season, a sweet treat that minimizes the calorie count. Want to try something new? Peach Blossoms’ Mini Bubblegum-flavoured Nian Gao that shaped liked a donut ring may have that acquired taste that you have been searching for, but may not be for everyone.
