Bayside, the former Bayside Drinks & Eats, has been transformed to an al fresco Champagne Telmont bar in August this year, making it Maison Telmont’s first Champagne Bar in Singapore. The former Aperol bar is located at the corner of One Fullerton, diagonally across from Monti.
The champagne bar showcases all six Telmont collections including the Réserve Brut, Réserve Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Vinotheque and the Confidential Cuvée. Telmont’s green is prominently featured in a unique mural highlighting the brand’s sustainable initiatives. This mural is created by renowned Singaporean graffiti artist SONG, known for his pieces showcasing everyday observations in Singapore and on his travels.
On Mondays to Fridays, from 6pm to 8pm, Sunset Hour offers Telmont Réserve Brut champagne bottles for S$88+ along with beer, wine and house spirits at two for S$22+. The Réserve Brut pairs well with Bayside’s Oysters priced at S$4++ during sunset hour.
Ladies Night on Wednesdays from 5 to 8 pm offers a free-flow Telmont Réserve Brut package for S$68+. It includes Aperol Spritzes, as well as house beer, wine and spirits. There is also an option to top up to Réserve de la Terre.
Every Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 12am, Bayside DJ Nights will feature DJs spinning under the Singapore skyline. The music will be an eclectic mix of house music, an up-tempo style characterised by deep bass rhythms, piano or synthesiser melodies, and soul music singing.
