Champagne Sunday Brunch: Lime at PARKROYAL at Pickering

Lime at PARKROYAL on Pickering, Singapore launches their Sunday brunch with a vast international buffet and the option for free flow of Piper Heidsieck Champagne from 12pm to 3pm.

You can expect dishes such as Mushroom Risotto and Herb-Crusted Cod Fillet, Foie Gras Terrine and a selection of 12 European cheeses.  Chefs will prepare and serve you poached eggs, pastas, risottos and pan-seared Foie Gras at the live stations while you can get a selection of roasted meats such as US Prime Rib, Guinea Fowl and Rack of Lamb at the carving station.   Enjoy fresh seafood as well as  freshly prepared pizzas featuring an assortment of toppings.

Round up the buffet brunch with the selection of desserts such as Key Lime Pie, Opera Cake, Tiramisu or fresh fruit, chocolate fountain and ice creams or sorbets.

The Sunday Brunch is priced at:

• S$88++ per person and comes with free flow of fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea or
• S$129++ per person and comes with free flow Piper Heidsieck Champagne and selected Red/White House Wine, fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
