Celebrate 125 Years Of Raffles Hotel With Champagne Sling 1887

4 September 2012, Singapore – Raffles Hotel celebrates 125 years with a new champagne sling inspired by the legendary Singapore Sling at the iconic Long Bar calling it ‘1887’.

The celebratory champagne contains a base of the hotel’s limited-edition Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Champagne. Created by Randolf Velasco, the champagne sling contains Gordons Gin, Cointreau and essence of orange, lemon and lime.

Availability: From September exclusively at Raffles hotels worldwide, including Singapore, Raffles Beijing Hotel, Raffles Dubai and Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris.

The Singapore Sling was invented in 1915 by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at Raffles Hotel.
