Capella Singapore has collaborated with Manhattan to offer three craft cocktails in its villas and rooms. The Manhattan at Regent Singapore has been awarded #8 bar in The Asia’s 50 Best Bars list and #14 in The World’s 50 Best Bars List.
Three of Manhattan’s spirit-forward craft cocktails priced at S$88++ per bottle will available in the guest rooms and villas of Capella Singapore. Guests will be able to enjoy the 1536, Negroni and Aged Manhattan. Each bottle can serve up to two glasses.
The 1536 takes cues from the classic Corn ‘n’ Oil cocktail. The 1536 is made with Navegante Rum, Capella Singapore’s exclusive rum label. Enjoy the island life with a mix of Caribbean flavours of sugar cane and lime notes.
The classic Italian formula of Manhattan’s Negroni is made with equal parts of Roku Gin, Mancino Rosso and Campari. Best drunk over ice in a rocks glass.
Made with Maker’s Mark, cherry liqueur, Mancino Rosso and Angostura Bitters, the Aged Manhattan is aged for four weeks in a Maker’s Mark Private Select barrel. Have this with a maraschino cherry.
The three bottled cocktails will be presented on a tray with essentials needed to craft a delicate cocktail expertly.
