Executive Sous Chef Vincent’s famed Peranakan favourites from former Copthorne Orchid’s Palm’s Asian Brasserie will debut on the buffet line with specialties such as Ayam Buah Keluak, Lemak Prawns with Chilli Padi, Chilli Crab, Fish Head Curry, Hainanese Pork Chop, Chicken Rice, Bubur Cha-Cha and Assorted Nonya Kueh!!
Be sure to also enjoy daily highlights such as Kuey Chap, Laksa, Mee Rebus, Char Kway Teow from the live cooking and work stations. And save room for Orchard Café’s signature creations – Braised Pork Belly, Fried Bee Hoon with Pig’s Trotters, Ikan Assam Pedas, Kuey Chap and Durian Pengat!!
