Buffet Alert: Orchard Cafe Goes Korean

2 November 2011, Singapore  – From 10 to 27 November 2011, you can enjoy Korean food cooked up by two talented kitchen maestros from the Millenium Seoul Hilton.   Guest Chefs Gu Yong Hoi and Heo Jin will prepare over 20 authentic Korean dishes each day.  The ‘Seoulful of Surprises’ buffet will serve buffet menus on rotation for lunch and dinner.

  • Sam Gye Tang (Young Chicken with Ginseng and Glutinous Rice)
  • Kimchi Bokum Bab (Sauteed Kim Chi Rice)
  • Go Chu Jang Bul Go Gi (Grilled Pork Neck with Chilli Paste Sauce)
  • Sun Du Bu Ji Gye (Seafood Beancurd Soup)
  • Kimchi Jjigae (Spicy and sour Kimchi Soup)
  • Do Ra Ji Namul (Platycoden Salad)
  • Nack Ji Bokum (Sauteed Small Octopus with chilli paste sauce)
  • Mil Sam (Buckwheat Vegetable Rolls)
  • An-Dong Jjim Dak (Braised Soy Chicken ‘An-Dong’ area)
  • Jok Bal (Marinated Pork Leg)
  • Live Station – Hae Mul Pa Jeon (Seafood and Spring Onion Pancake)
  • Live Station – La Gal Bi Gui (Sliced Beef Short Rib BBQ)
