Greenhouse at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore serves up 11 new beef dishes by new executive chef Massimo Pasquarelli at the dinner buffet from now till 26 May 2013.
The new beef menu additions include Beef Carpaccio, Spicy Tomato Beef Balls, Cottage Beef Pie, Chilled English Roast Beef, 36-hour Braised Beef Shank, Paprika Beef Stroganoff, Oxtail Broth with Foie Gras Ravioli, Grade Five Wagyu Beef Tomahawk, Grade Five Black Angus Beef Wellington and the first a la minute Wagyu Station in Singapore. The usual buffet offerings such as sushi and sashimi, crustacean, Asian and Western mains, as well as a variety of cheese and desserts will still be available,
