From 7 to 20 August 2012, Princess Terrace’s Penang Chef Loh Hong Chye is joined with a team of guest chefs from Penang to offer you the Penang Heritage Cuisine.
Highlights of the Penang Heritage Cuisine include Roti Jala, Chicken Chop, Lor Bak, Inche Kebin, Gulai Ayam, Chiam Chai Ark Tng (Salted Vegetables with Duck Soup), Ju Hu Char, Assam Udang Goreng, Gulai Tumis and more.
