Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant at Furama Riverfront offers traditional favourites with a modern twist especially during the month of Ramadan for Iftar from 10 July to 7 August 2013.

Start off with the Paru Goreng Sambel Belado, a form of Keropok made of beef lung with a light and crunchy texture.  Other highlights include the Ikan Pari Sambel (Sting Ray grilled over a slow charcoal fire), Buntut Goreng Betawi (Deep fried oxtail Betawi style), Lemang & Serunding (Bamboo steamed Glutinous Rice wrapped in Banana Leaf and served with spicy coconut), Team Sambel (Chilli Crab) and Daging Sapiu Pangang or Grilled Beef Tenderloin.

The meal is not complete without the traditional Indonesian desserts such as Bubur Cha Cha (mixed fresh Yam, Sweet Potato and Tapioca in Coconum Milk), Sago Gula Melaka (Pearl Sago Pudding mixed with Coconut Milk and Palm Sugar) and Pengat Duren (Cold dessert of Durian paste with coconut milk).

The Iftar @Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant (buffet dinner) promotion is available at S$50++ for adults and S$20++ for children age 3 to 12 years old (daily from 6pm to 10.30pm from 10 July to 7 August 2013.  Dinner includes free flow Es Bandung / Es Syrup.
