Chef Esmeraldo Oteruelo from Spain returns to Spain for the third time this year from 10 July to 7 August 2013 so that you can enjoy Spanish cuisine on the buffet spread at Carousel at Royal Plaza on Scotts.
You can savour his classic seafood specialites with recipes and cooking that retains the essence of his home country’s cuisine. Highlights of the buffet include Paella Mixta (seafood and meat paella), Carrillada Al-Andalusm (braised veal cheeks), Jarreta de Cordero al Horno (Moorish lamb shanks with winter vegetables and barley cous-cous), Corquetas de Bacalao (cod croquette) and Calamares en su Tinta (baby squid in own ink).
