Don’t we all miss how buffets used to be? Spreads of food displayed for you to help yourself to. The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has been working with restaurants in Singapore to safely allow the return of engaging buffet theatres, with some restrictions nevertheless. We will be updating this post when more restaurants come on board. So do check back this post regularly.
Some restaurants have no plans currently to change the status quo. Basilico in Regent Singapore will continue with its tableside service weekend brunch. Guests can continue to order unlimited portions of dishes on the menu which are served to the table.
Colony at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore will also continue to offer a buffet menu with unlimited servings brought to guests. Popular for its full house buffets, Colony offers different menus for Lunch, Vintage Sunday Champagne, Dinner, a Seafood Dinner on Fridays and Saturdays as well as The Journey Afternoon Tea. I brought my family here last November to celebrate my mother’s birthday and it was our first buffet experience after the circuit breaker.
