Surrey Hills Holdings, a local F&B and lifestyle group, has partnered with Bon Broth (Taiwan) to launch its first standalone restaurant in Singapore. It has also partnered with Mensho Tokyo (Japan) and MoVida Original (Australia) to open in Singapore.
Ramen Master Chef Tomoharu Shono’s Mensho Tokyo has 17 outlets in cities including San Francsico, Bangkok, New Delhi and Melbourne. The 18th outlet will open at Raffles City (#03-43) on 20 July 2024. Besides serving the classic fan favourites, diners can expect exclusive-to-Singapore creations, and desserts, which will be served for the first time ever in any outlet.
MoVida Original by Chef Frank Camorra, is a hatted restaurant that was established in 2003. The stalwart Melbourne icon dishes out top-notch tapas and sharing plates using Australian ingredients to produce authentic Spanish flavours. MoVida Original Singapore will open at #03-43 Raffles City on 27 July 2024. It will be headed by Chef Adrian Clemmens, the ex-Head Chef and founding team member of MoVida Original. Chef Clemmens and his team will introduce new and exclusive-to-Singapore creations that pair with the exciting list of award-winning wines on offer.
