Youngest French cuisine chef in Taiwan at 20, he rose to prominence as the executive chef of the three-Michelin-starred Le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, France by the age of 25. During the residency, La Dame di Pic’s Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Alves Pereira and Pastry Chef Clement Cano will be in Valence to collaborate with Anne-Sophie Pic on the creation of a new spring menu.
