The Champagne Jelly with Berries offers a great start followed by the homemade Valrhona Chocolate Pearl Scones and Citrus Scones with clotted cream, preserve and lemon curd. Enjoyed specially prepared desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Cassian Tan such as the Chocolate Pecan Ovale, Panna Cotta with Blueberries, Champagne Cassis Mini Gateau, Pate a Choux with Mango Cream, Sable Fruit Tart. Savouries include the Ham and Cheese Canapé, Parma Ham and Mozzarella Cheese Wrap, before being presented with a savoury trio of Smoked Trout Tart with Crème Fraiche, Scallop Ceviche with Avocado and Truffle-Potato Cocotte. End of with a platter of Pralines.
