Accor Hotels latest social media campaign “Savour, Snap, Share” has been getting selfie submissions with food from from guests in Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam enjoying their meal at any Accor property around the world since 10 February 2015.
You can still submit your #SavourSnapShare through Facebook, Instagram and Weibo before 9 March 2015 and stand the chance to win weekly prizes of dining vouchers and Accor Advantage Plus memberships as well as the grand prize of a two-night stay at a participating Accor hotel of your choice.
In the past few weeks, top Accor chefs picked the weekly winners including Daine Gilbert from Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, Sakal Phoeung from Sofitel Saigon Plaza, Paul Smart from Sofitel So Bangkok and Anne-Cécile Degenne from Sofitel So Singapore.
Findings from the Accor Hotels Asia Pacific Social Media Monitor last year revealed some interesting findings including
- 77% of travellers took photos during their last trip
- Southeast Asian respondents were most likely to have taken photos with 54% from The Philippines, 51% from Indonesia and 50% from Thailand making the top three
- Women (82%) were more snap happy than men (74%)
- 44% responded that they took photos of food more than anything else
