30 October 2012, Singapore – Just in time for the celebration season, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant will be serving up Abalone Feast starting from S$68++ from now till 31 December 2012. Si Chuan Dou Hua’s Executive Chef Zeng Feng and his team created a menu which gives a Cantonese and Sichuan twist other than the conventional braising preparation.
Chef Zeng uses only premium Japanese breed abalones, Haliotis Discus Hannai because of its soft texture and taste. The Chilled Abalone with Thai Sauce will tinkle your taste buds with the freshness of the abalone infused in the sweet and spicy sauce.
The refreshing and tasty Braised Diced Abalone Soup with Dumpling is savoury goodness at its best. Boost up that extra collagen with Braised Six-Head Abalone Roll with Goose Web.
Try the Abalone and Shark Cartilage Soup with Poached Rice for a change from fried rice or noodles. The rice is specially deep fried before its soaked up with the Shark Cartilage Soup, served fresh for that crunchy and soupy texture.
The Abalone set menus are available at all three Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurants, while the abalone creations are also available for a la carte orders at Si Chuan Dou Hua located at TOP of UOB Plaza.
