Happening from 12 to 28 July 2024, Feast Asia at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy Hotel offers A Taste of Phuket for lunch and dinner. Enjoy signature dishes from Embrace at Noku Phuket. Noku Phuket’s Executive Chef Sathaporn is in Singapore to present Southern Thai dishes.
You can expect dishes including Yum Makhue Phao (roasted eggplant, minced pork & seafood salad), Mee Hoon Gaeng Poo (crab meat curry & vermicelli), Gai Gorlae (roasted chicken with garlae sauce), and the signature Phuket O Tao (sautéed oysters with battered taro) and sweet treats like Khanom Thuai (steamed coconut pudding). Local favourites such as Roxy Laksa and Power Durian will also be on the buffet spread.
Last month, we visited Noku Phuket and dined at Embrace Restaurant. The Feast Asia spread evoked fond memories of our tranquil getaway.
If you’re dining from Friday to Sunday, you can also take advantage of special prices on Thai craft beers and flavoured soju provided by Unified Trade Hub.
Click here for reservations. Buffet Lunch is priced at S$62++ for adults and S$31++ for children. The buffet Dinner costs S$78++ for adults and S$39++ for children.
