The Clifford Pier restuarant at The Fullerton Bay Hotel will be offering on 3 June 2014 a selection of Singaporean delicacies at 30 cents each to the first 81 guests who dine in from 11.30am to 2.30pm. This is in celebration of the 81st anniversary of Clifford Pier that the restaurant is housed in as well as to pay tribute to the hawker culture present at the pier since the 1930s.
Some of the local favourites which are usually priced below S$20 include Rickshaw Noodles, Soup Kambing, Teochew Porridge, Fried Carrot Cake and Sweet Soy Prawns and the Six Crispy Shells Ubin Kueh Pie Tee. You can also enjoy beverages such as Virgin Red Lantern, a concoction of cucumber, lime, watermelon and sugar cane juice, or Bandung and Chin Chow.
