The annual Samsung Fashion Steps Out @ Orchard 2016 returns to Singapore from 25 March to 8 May 2016. Samsung, the official sponsor launches its latest Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ in tandem with the fashion event while MasterCard remains as the Official Card.
Spend S$300 on your MasterCard card at participating malls between 25 March and 8 May 2016 and redeem a S$30 shopping voucher. MasterCard is also giving you a chance to win shopping vouchers in its Shop, Dine & Win Draw with every S$50 spent at participating malls while you earn triple chances when you charge to your MasterCard. 15 tourists stand to win MasterCard prepaid cards worth S$500 or a trip back to Singapore with S$1,000 shopping vouchers.
The 11 participating malls include 313@somerset, Forum The Shopping Mall, Mandarin Gallery, Ngee Ann City/Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Orchard Central, orchardgateway, Palais Renaissance, Paragon, Scotts Square, TANGS Orchard and Wisma Atria.
Orchard Fashion Runway
On 26 March 2016, an entourage of over a dozen personalities, influencers and artistes from Singapore and around the region will join the Orchard Fashion Runway including Singapore’s JJ Lin, Sheila Sim, Haley Woo and Aisyah Aziz; Indonesia’s VJ Daniel, Malaysia’s Min Chen, Philippines’ Laureen Uy and others. Together with over 130 models and performers, they will walk down the stretch between Scotts Road and Bideford Road.
Eight labels participating this year under Daniel Boey’s curation include FOX Kids & Baby, MASH-UP, PHANTACi (label by Jay Chou), Raffles Privato, RÊVASSEUR, Sean & Sheila, Thomas Wee, and UNIQLO Lifewear.
After the runway show, party the night away with ZOUK Singapore’s resident deejay DJ Hong in the outdoor after-party on Orchard Road.

Knit in The City
Held from 15 April to 8 May 2016 at the Atrium at Basement 1 of Wisma Atria, Knit in The City lets you check out craftist Adeline Loo’s quirky vision of a fantasy knitscape, featuring a fully knitted giant backdrop, headpiece and train complete with giant needles. You can also learn to knit like a pro during the live knitting demonstrations held over three weekends.

Held at 313@somerset from 22 April to 24 April and at Paragon Main Atrium L1 from 28 April to 8 May, Samsung Fashion Visionaries let you experience the new Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+, S7 edge 4G+ with Samsung Gear VR and Samsung Gear 360.
