Luxottica Group, manufacturer and distributor of luxury eyewear, will implement a global level price adjustment for majority of its portfolio brands including Oakley and Ray-Ban. This will narrow the pricing discrepancy between Europe and South East Asia.
This translates to an average reduction for Ray-Ban by 12% for sunglasses and 16% for optical in South East Asia. In Singapore, Ray-Ban sunglasses would see a 11% reduction for sunglasses and 30% reduction for optical.
Luxottica is encouraging and supporting local sales and an easier shopping experience for Asian consumers offering the same quality and standards for their brands and products.
