For women, the stretch skinny jeans in the new high or low waist fits are paired with slouchy boyish tops with a bootleg cut introduced. Spring’s powerful black and white hues inspire graphic effects, in a shadow print jean and short, or a new wave striped, long jersey tank dress and t shirt.
