29 April 2010, Singapore – From acting to opening cafes, former Singaporean actress Deborah Sim is an entrepreneur at heart. Her latest venture is a personal floral concierge service and shop called Pints Of Petals at 146 Market Street.
Pints of Petals is no longer in operation.Situated outside Alcova Cafebar at 146 Market Street, #01-42/45, Pints of Petals opened its shop on 29 April.
Deborah Sim is best known for her roles in local Mandarin dramas like ‘Condor Heroes’ during her days at MediaCorp (1997- 1999). She and two business partners started the floral concierge service to serve the working crowd and businesses in the CBD. Pints Of Petals is a one-stop shop for flowers and customised gift shopping. The shop also provides customers with reminders and tracking services.
Deborah Sim explains the rationale for starting a floral concierge services, “Who doesn’t like getting flowers? It’s easy to forget dates of special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays, as well as important information like the type of flowers and gifts that your clients prefer. With Pints of Petals, we deliver a highly personalized service so that our customers may enjoy the beauty and ease of giving and receiving.”
Conveniently located at the Market Street car park behind Prudential Tower, near to eateries and drinking holes, you can pick up bouquet or two before meeting your special someone.
The artistic creations designed by creative director Paul Ng are sure to bring a smile or comfort to the recipient.
