Samsung will be introducing two new colours to the Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch collection. The 18 karat Rose Gold and Platinum Samsung Gear S2 Classic will be a premium collection. The new edition will be available from 13 February 2016 at S$698 (inclusive of GST) at all Samsung Experience Stores as well as selected consumer electronics and departmental stores.
Samsung also announced the support of iOS devices for the Tizen smartwatch OS later this year, together with NFC payment via Samsung Pay.
Samsung is also expanding its line of watch straps and watch face designs so that you have more options to customise it to your liking or outfit of the day. Samsung has partnered with exclusive designers, such as Colombo, on premium watch straps for the Gear S2. It has also introduced fun and creative watch faces including Peanuts characters and artworks from Keith Haring, Jean-Michael Basquiat, Jeremyville and Burton Morris.
The new Samsung Gear S2 Classic will be available in Rose Gold case with an Ivory Genuine Leather Band and in Platinum case with a Black Genuine Leather Band beginning in February this year.
