Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore presents its second instalment of the Heritage Hawker Stories series highlighting two local guest hawkers – Ministry of Rojak and Good Chance Popiah. Available from Wednesdays to Saturdays till 11 May 2024
Second-generation hawker Abdhus Salam of the Ministry of Rojak will serve up authentic Indian Rojak with a twist in the signature potato dipping sauce. Third-generat.n owner Ah Boy of Good Chance Popiah will also be offering the signature Popiah at a live station. Create your own Popiah with prawn, Chinese sausage, and other ingredients, freshly prepared using the family’s time-honoured recipe.
The Fullerton pastry team has created innovative, heritage-inspired creations alongside class indulgences. The new Kueh Lapis Nitrogen Ice Cream reimagines The Fullerton’s signature Kueh Lapis, hand-baked by the Fullerton pastry team using a generations-old family recipe. Prepared à la minute at a live station, the Kueh Lapis Nitrogen Ice Cream is infused with locally grown vanilla beans and served with a choice of toppings. Traditional desserts such as Nynonya Durian Chendol, Pulut Hitam, and a Yuzu Chocolate Fountain will also be available.
