Summer Pavilion at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, has collaborated with Grand Majestic Sichuan by Black Sheep Restaurants from Hong Kong to offer a special tasting menu on 9 and 10 April 2024. Chefs Cheung Siu Kong and Theign Phan will showcase contemporary Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine through a multi-course gastronomic set menu.
This special menu presented by Summer Pavilion and Grand Majestic Sichuan will be available on Tuesday, 9 April 2024, for dinner (6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.) and on Wednesday, 10 April 2024, for lunch (11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.) and dinner (6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.).
Culinary highlights of the menu include steamed beancurd with Hokkaido scallop, egg white,
and mapo sauce; steamed dong xing grouper with five-year-aged Pixian chilli bean paste;
and wok-fried beef tenderloin with morel mushroom, cumin, and red and green chilli.
