The St. Regis Singapore celebrates World Champagne Day, which falls on 25 October 2024 with a series of exclusive dining experiences featuring a range of Ruinart champagnes at Yan Ting, The Astor Grill and Astor Bar for the entire month of October. As part of the St. Regis heritage, the St. Regis Singapore honours the timeless tradition of champagne sabrage at 6.30pm daily at the Grand Staircase with Ruinart champagne.
Pairing two signature St. Regis rituals, champagne and afternoon tea, the Pinktober Afternoon Tea (S$75++ per guest) at The Astor Grill commemorates the enchanting tea time tradition with a selection of savoury canapes, pastries, sweet treats and a glass of R de Ruinart Brut Champagne. A portion of the proceeds from the Pinktober Afternoon Tea dining experience will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
On World Champagne Day, which falls on 25 October, The Astor Grill will present an exquisite dining menu to commemorate the occasion. The 5-course Ruinart Champagne Dinner (S$228++ per guest) features a Honeydew Gazpacho amuse bouche, an indulgent Kampachi Tartare with Beluga Caviar for starters, a Grilled Marinated Cuttlefish Risotto, and a Magret de Canard with Seared Foie Gras as the main, and concluding with a Raspberry Lychee Profiterole, paired with a selection of Ruinart Champagnes. Guests can also indulge in a lavish seafood spread at the Sunday Champagne Brunch (S$178++ per guest), which is elevated with bottomless pours of R de Ruinart Brut NV.
Yan Ting presents a Champagne Dinner Pairing Menu (S$268++ per guest) on 11 October 2024. The 5-course menu features signature dishes curated by Executive Chinese Chef Chan Chung Shing, paired with The House of Ruinart’s signature cuvèes.
Additionally, a delectable Dim Sum Champagne Brunch (S$248++ per guest) is available on Saturdays and Sundays, with specially crafted delights and complimentary flow of the R de Ruinart NV Brut.

Choose from alluring champagne cocktails (S$26.00 ++ per glass) such as the Napoleon Royale, featuring a refreshing blend of rum and elderflower; the vodka-based French 1804, with tropical notes of mango and passionfruit; or Airmail, which offers sweet and tangy notes
of peach and lemon. Or enjoy a glass of champagne with three oysters at S$34.00++.
