One-Michelin star Summer Pavilion presents a six-course Telmont Champagne Pairing Set Dinner Menu featuring the Réserve Brut NV; the Réserve Rosé; and the Blanc de Blancs, Vinothèque 2005, paired with contemporary Cantonese cuisine. This set dinner menu is available on Friday and Saturday in the month of June.
The House of Telmont was founded in 1912 by Henri Lhôpital, and has over a century, produced exceptional champagnes from their ancestral vines in the village of Damery, near Epernay. Its four generations of winegrowers possess a strong commitment to their terroir and grapes, and have transitioned towards organic and sustainable agriculture within their vineyards. The house enables the terroir to express itself through their champagnes, and the result is champagnes with a unique personality, complexity and maturity, and remarkable ethereality.
