Indulge in a Filipino gastronomic journey with Chef Michelle Adrillana

The World Gourmet Summit presents A Filipino Gastronomic Journey featuring international MasterChef Michelle Adrillana from 10 to 13 August 2022. The wine and food pairing experience is hosted by The Nest at One Farrer Hotel.

Chef Adrillana regularly travels across the globe to present Filipino cuisine to the untapped market and her main goal is to give Filipino food a voice in the global arena as any gastronomic destination.

“Filipino food is not the next big thing, it is food that’s good for your soul, and we are here to stay,” shares Chef Adrillana.

In celebration of Singapore’s National Day, and Singapore’s unique multicultural identity, the menu is a collaboration with Chef Marcus Tan, One Farrer Hotel’s executive chef and Chef Adrillana. Enjoy Filipino cuisine with a splash of Singaporean flavours in this four hands experience.

A five-course set lunch is available at S$108++ per person and a nine-course set dinner at S$168++. WGS will have a special night on 10 August with TUGA featuring Portuguese wine paired with a special curated 9-course set menu at S$168++.
