Caffe Fernet will be hosting its first guest shifts since 2018 this June showcasing drinks perfect for day drinking because “it’s always 5pm in Italy!”. Chill with your friends in an al-fresco venue with a view.

A  speakeasy in the truest sense, Milan institution 1930 is the most exclusive and mysterious bar in the city. Entry is gained by building relationships with the staff of its Farmily Group company, which also owns cocktail bar Backdoor 43 and the more casual MAG Cafes. The classy, elegant venue boasts an excellent range of whiskies and a drinks list that is updated twice a year. Currently No. 20 on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2021, expect sophisticated and creative cocktails that are more 2030 than 1930!

Francesco brings intriguing tipples like the Negroni Water, where Hendrick’s Gin is stirred down with distilled Negroni for an inception-like twist on the classic cocktail. Garibaldi in Asia, like its name goes, is a tropical spin with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, mango, and Mulassano bitters while Rossini in Rouge pairs Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Whisky with red berries, tamarind and strawberry wine, and balsamic vinegar.
