Pisco is in the spotlight in the month of November. Nine bars and restaurants in Singapore present creative cocktails highlighting the versatility and vibrance of the grape-distilled sprit. Peru’s Export and Tourism agency, PROMPERÚ presents the third edition of Pisco Nights.

Eight different grape varieties are used to make Pisco. They include Quebranta, Negra Criolla, Uvina, Mollar, Moscatel, Torontel, Italia and Albilla. Pisco is made in Peru in five coastal valley regions including Ica, Lima, Arequipa, Moquegua and Tacna.
