DINING: Annual Hina Matsuri Special Bento Set Menu Returns to Mikuni

Mikuni’s annual tribute to Hina Matsuri (Doll Festival) returns from 1 to 31 March 2022. The festival is traditionally celebrated in Japan on 3 March where families wish their daughters good health and happiness in life. Chef Keisuke Uno presents an impressive lunch bento set that we look forward to every year.

The bento set features Mikuni’s Signature Sea urchin shell, A5 Tochigi Wagyu Sushi Roll, Grilled Amadai infused with Japanese XO Ginan, Lobster Sea Urchin Gratin, Grilled Amadai Infused with Japanese XO Ginan, Lobster Sea Urchin Gratin, Myagi Oysters wrapped in Kadaif Noodles, Sesame Praline Puff served with Miso Orange Ice Cream and a glass of Amazake.
