For the month of March, Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay brings back Peranakan fare to its all-you-can-eat buffet. Some of the dishes are created with vegetables, herbs and spices grown and harvested from the Urban Farm, just outside Peppermint.
The spread of over 20 favourites feature dishes made from Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee’s collection of heritage recipes. Expect mainstay dishes such as Ayam Buah Keluak, Itek Sio and Tiger Prawn in Assam Nanas as well as a Sustainable Barramundi Kuah Ladah. Other highlights include Black Angus Beef Oxtail Pongteh, and the popular Seafood Dry Laksa. Dig into desserts such as Pulut Tai Tai with House-made Kaya, Kueh Lupis with Gula Melaka, Durian Pengat, Chendol Coconut Mousse Cake and Ondeh Ondeh Cake.
Lunch is available from 12 pm to 2.30 pm Mondays to Fridays, or 12 pm to 3 pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Dinner is available from 6.30 pm to 11 pm daily.
