Borsa Vini, a one-day B2B event organized by the Italian Trade Agency, will be visited by 300 commercial partners, importers, distributors, restaurants, sommeliers, and journalists based in Singapore to explore offerings from 21 top Italian wine producers representing 8 different regions. The trade fair returns 23 November 2023 and will be held at InterContinental Singapore Bugis.
During the event, local sommelier Jessica Anne Tan from SingaPoured.com will lead the interesting masterclass “A Speed-Tasting Journey Through Italian Native Grapes”, where the audience will get to indulge its senses and embark on an exhilarating journey though Italy’s rich viticultural heritage or media and sommeliers.
Some of the exhibitors include Amastuola’s organic wines, Bianchin, Tenuta Patruno Penriola, Tenuta Viglione, Di Prisco, Cantine La Marca, Cantine Povero, Consorzio, i Feudi di Romans, Il Quatro Miglio, Malerba, Castello di Gabiano, Pordere Casanova Montepulciano, Podere Volpaio di Angioli Patrizia, Produttori di Govone, Santa Sofia, Scuderia Italia, Tenuta Scarfana, Tenuta Soletta, Staffilo and Zerbosco.
For this occasion a delegation of 13 operators coming from the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam will fly over to Singapore to meet the Italian companies for more opportunities to expand in the Region.
This is a trade event, addressed to importers, distributors, restaurants, hotels. Borsa Vini is organised by the Italian Trade Agency for the promotion of Italian Wines in Singapore.
Borsa Vini is part of the Italian Cusiine Week which aims to immerse participants in a celebration of culture and gastronomy. Special emphasis will be placed on the promotion of Italian wines to further strengthen presence in Singapore. Italy remained Singapore’s 2nd largest European wine supplier in early 2023, with 9.5 million euros in exports, marking a 1.2% increase from the same period in 2022.
