ART DI DANIELE SPERINDIO AND WORLD ALBA WHITE TRUFFLE CHARITY AUCTION JOINTLY PRESENT THE SINGAPORE LEG OF FUNDRAISING DINNER IN THE SPIRIT OF GASTRONOMY AND GOODWILL

For one night only on Sunday, 12 November 2023, Art di Daniele Sperindio presents the annual Alba White Truffle Benefit Dinner and Charity Auction. In collaboration with Alba White Truffle World Auction, the event brings together the best of Italian gastronomy, exquisite fine wines, and the spirit of charity from all around the globe. 100% of the proceeds from the silent auction and 40% of the dinner sales will be donated to the beneficiary partner Singapore Children’s Society.

Indulge in five courses curated by Chef-owner Daniele Sperindio to celebrate the elusive Alba White Truffle. The dinner will be paired with exceptional fine wines from Piedmont.

A silent auction for prestigious truffle specimens of the season carefully selected by experts alongside magnums of top Italian wines will be held during the dinner. The night will culminate in an international contest for the final truffle lot hosted by the Castle of Grinzane Cavour, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in Alba, Piedmont. As a global fundraising effort, various cities around the world will be connecting virtually to bid for the final truffle lot simultaneously. Last year, the highest bid was a remarkable 184,000€ for a truffle weighing 950 grams.

This year marks the fifth consecutive year one Michelin-starred Art di Daniele Sperindio will be representing Singapore in this highly-anticipated event. A passionate advocate of Italian culinary evolution here in Singapore, chef-owner Daniele Sperindio is also an official knight of the Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba with the purpose of preserving, safeguarding or reintroducing local customs, practices and traditions, raising the profile of local food and wine, and actively promoting the typical wines and food of Alba both in Italy and abroad.
