If you are not familiar with Swan Lake, it is a love story of young Prince Siegfried. He falls in love with the Swan Queen Odette who was transformed into a White Swan by an evil sorcerer. She only takes the human form at night. The Prince’s undying love for her breaks the evil sorcerer’s spell over Odette. During his Coming of Age Ball when the prince turned 21, he was tricked by evil sorcerer Von Rothbart into declaring his love to Odile, Von Rothbart’s daughter who has an uncanny resemblance of Odette. The Prince realised his inadvertent betrayal to Odette and rushes back to the lake. Odette is aware of the evil sorcerer’s trickery and Siegfried battles him and destroys his power, hence reuniting the two love birds.
