The Sentosa GrillFest returns this year with an inaugural Home Edition and over 80 mouth-watering treats from Sentosa to guests at home with island-wide delivery.
Sentosa GrillFest has partnered the Singapore Chef’s Association to offer 14 gastronomical creations from some of Singapore’s top chefs every Thursday to Sunday from 29 October to 22 November 2020. These dishes have been conceptualised exclusively for the event.
Chef Eric Neo, the Executive Chef of InterContinental Singapore and President of Singapore Chefs Association will lead the line-up of well-known local chefs and up-and-coming chefs to serve fresh takes of local and Asian favourites. Look out for the steamed cheong fun with grilled beef in mala sauce, burnt bee hoon with grilled prawns and egg white gravy, seafood laksa linguine and more.

Make your reservations for dine-in or place your home delivery orders from 27 October 2020 at https://www.sentosa.com.sg/grillfest. Home delivery orders for each week (Thursday to Sunday) will commence on Tuesday and close two hours before the start of the selected delivery timeslot. For dine-in, reservations can be made up to seven days before the intended visit. Mastercard holders can also enjoy $5 off their home delivery orders with a minimum spend of $50 (excluding delivery charge, terms and conditions apply).
