Digital Nights @ SAM
Look out for the 5 interactive visual displays at the Singapore Art Museum (SAM) (indoors and outdoor installations) from 10am to 9pm by world renowned artists Miguel Chevalier, LAb[au], Visual System and Bertrand Planes. During the weekends, you can take part in a SILENT DISCO, enjoy the music, attend a talk on night photography or shop at bazaars. You can also visit on-going exhibition Tags and Treats: works by Vincent Leow at SAM at 8Q.
Digital Nights @ Sculpture Square
Swissnex (Embassy of Switzerland) will feature a virtual fashion show by MIRALab – University of Geneva and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). THe installation at the Sculpture Square Upper Gallery is based on touch screen technology. You will be able to dress and customise a 3 dimensional virtual fashion model and watch it strut down the runway.

About Miralab:
MIRALab was founded by Prof. Nadia Thalmann-Magnenat in 1989. MIRALab is an interdisciplinary research lab working in domains as mixed reality, personality and emotion simulation in robotics, 3D medical simulation, cultural heritage, virtual humans, 3D multimedia application and simulation of hair and clothes. Since 1992, MIRALab has participated in more than 45 European Projects. Presently, Prof. Nadia Magnenat-Thalmann leads two ongoing European Research Projects: INTERMEDIA NoE and 3D ANATOMICAL HUMAN, a Marie Curie Research Training Network. Moreover, MIRALab produces displays for museums, galleries, such as fashion shows or cyberdances with virtual models and clothes.

Digital Nights at Orchard
As part of the Rev Up @ Orchard and Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS), internationally renowned French, European and Singaporean artists Tom Carr, Bertrand Planes, Visual System, Charles Lim and Zulkifle Mahmod will add a distinctive touch to this showcase of visual and digital arts at night.
Starting from 730pm till 11pm, Digital Nights @ Orchard offers shoppers and visitors outdoor attractions at Mandarin Gallery, Tangs Orchard and Ngee Ann City.

iPhone users can try their hand with free-to-download application Love is in the Air – a sound walk and interactive game trail created specially for Digital Nights @ Orchard Road by French art collective MU. Orchard Road will set the stage for a Parisian-style fictional love affair, guided by sound glimpses of the story, you will folow this love trail to find clues in designated stores and stand a chance to win vouchers from the participating malls and a trip for 2 to Paris, sponsored by Air France.

MADE in Singapore is the organiser of Digital Nights 2010. It is the creative and event management subdivision of ZoMedia Pte Ltd, a publishing company established in Singapore since 1995. ZoMedia owns ZoCard, the region’s leading free card company and has a long time involvement in the Arts and Culture industry.
