24 May 2012, Singapore – “Sing” by Gary Barlow & The Commonwealth Band is a 7 track album Diamond Jubilee souvenir album. The title track “Sing” is specially co-written by Gary Barlow and Andrew Lloyd Webber to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee. The song will be the ‘crowning moment’ of the BBC Queens’ Jubilee Concert broadcast from Buckingham Palace on 4 June 2012.

Featured in the MTV below is the version of “Sing” performed by Gary Barlow & The Commonwealth Band featuring the Military Wives. From that pure and beautiful opening note by the Kenyan Girls Choir, the harmonizing tunes of Military Wives in the chorus and the military march ending, it clearly delivers a message that singing make a world without boundaries.

The lead track from the album features the Military Wives with Gareth Malone and musicians from around the Commonwealth including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, a Kenyan Girls Choir, Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu, and even HRH Prince Harry playing tambourine when Gary met up with Harry in Jamaica.
