5 December 2012, Singapore – Lenovo’s feature-rich mobile gaming and multimedia IdeaPad Y400 and Y500 laptops will be available in Singapore from January 2013 from S$1,699 and S$1,999 respectively.
The two models will feature UltraBay – an interchangeable bay that allows you to swap out for dual graphics capability, increased storage space or an additional cooling fan. Lenovo claims the laptops can handle almost any processor-intensive task thrown at them.
The JBL Speakers and Dolby Home Theatre v4 offers full-impact surround sound.
Each model comes with the third generation Intel Core i7-3630QM processors, NVIDIA GeForce GT650M 2GB dual graphics, 8 GB DDR3 memory, and 1TB of HDD storage. The carbon fiber patterned cover laptop comes in 14-inch and 15.6-inch LED backlit widescreen HD displays, a dual-layer backlit AccuType keyboard.
