SingTel AMPed brings Lady Gaga back to Singapore

22 June 2011, Singapore – Two years after bringing Lady Gaga to Singapore, SingTel and Universal Music once again present Lady Gaga in Singapore on 7 July 2011 at Marina Bay Sands for 3000 SingTel customers.

Lady Gaga has been AMPed’s most downloaded artiste since its launch. AMPed offers unlimited free downloads of more than 2 million tracks and is available to SingTel 3G Flexi and iFlexi plan subscribers. No data charge is incurred to browse and download the content.
Lady Gaga has won five Grammy Awards amongst 12 nominations, two Guinness World Records. She has sold around 15 million albums and 51 million singles worldwide. She was named Time’s annual “The 2010 Time 100” list of most influential people in the told and Forbes’ list of “The World’s Most Powerful Celebrities”. She also ranks seven on Forbes’ “100 Most Powerful Women”
Her latest album “Born This Way” has sold over the 1.11 million mark during its first week of sales. It has been number one on local CD retail stores and digital music album charts since its release. The album has achieved sales exceeding platinum status.
