Visit the PlayStation Family Lounge

The PlayStation Family Lounge at Changi Airport Basement 2 ST3PS is decked up with PlayStation 4 and PlayStationVR trial units.

Try your hands on PlayStation games including the EA SPORTS FIFA 19, EA SPORTS FIFA 20 with the local release set on 27 September 2019, Super Bomberman R, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2, Overcooked! 2 and Beat Saber. Visitors can choose to play their games at the big LED screen by obtaining a 20-minute Changi PlayPass with a minimum spend of S$35 in retail and F&B outlets in the Changi Airport public area.

The demo of Marvel’s Iron Man VR Game will be making its first public showcase.

The family lounge is open 10 am to 11 pm daily from 6 to 15 September 2019. From 16 September to 13 October, it is open from 4 pm to 10 pm daily from Monday to Thursdays and from 10 am to 11 pm from Fridays to Sundays.

Learn More About China’s Five Cities

From 6 September to 6 October 2019, discover a different side of China at China, Lit! exhibition located just outside the Jewel Changi Airport linkway bridge entrance at Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 on the Departures level of the airport.

Five cities have been picked and interesting places to visit has been specially curated by the team at Changi Airport Group. Learn about the stunning architecture, thriving arts and culture scenes and innovative entertainment and dining concepts in Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Xiamen.

You also get a chance to win a pair of airline tickets to any of the five featured cities by scanning the QR code on the content panels at the exhibition.

William Grant & Sons has partnered DFS and Changi Airport Group for a one-month travel retail exclusive at Changi 1st launch of Glenfiddich Grand Cru at Changi Airport Singapore on 5 September 2019. Visitors at Changi Airport Terminal 3 airside can visit the Glenfiddich booth outside the Louis Vuitton store to purchase the specially created variant for DFS – a 75cl 43% abv at S$350. A 70cl 43% abv variant will be made available through other Global Travel Retail outlets.

The world’s most awarded single malt scotch whisky has created an exclusive dark gold expression that has been matured for 23 years and finished in rare French cuvée oak casks that used to contain liquid that has become sparkling wines. The Glenfiddich Grand Cru has an intense aroma of apple blossom, freshly baked bread and candied lemon on the nose. A sip of it will reveal layers of rich vanilla oak, sweet brioche, sandalwood, pear sorbet and white grape. It has a long, opulent and sweet finish.

The Cocktail Festival 2019

DFS Group brings back the second edition of The Cocktail Festival to Changi Airport from 1 September across Terminal 1 to 4. Travellers are invited to mix, taste and enjoy their own custom cocktails at DFS through tastings, brand engagements and hands-on cocktail mixing. Many first launch products within Asia, as well as Changi Exclusives, have been hand-selected for the festival.

DFS offers a wide spectrum of brands, including Santa Teresa 1796 Rum, Ketel One Botanical, Copper Dog Whisky, Marylebone Gin (Travel Retail Asia First), Whitley Neill Gin, Legent Bourbon (Asia First). Sipsmith Raffles 1915 Gin (Changi Exclusive).

Tastings at Terminal 1, 2 and 3 will be offered to travellers from 6 to 19 September 2019. Cocktail samples are offered at Terminal 1 and 3 Departures between 6 to 10 pm or Terminal 2 Departures between 5 and 9 pm.

On 13 and 27 September and 11 and 25 October, DFS bartenders will go head to head for a “Bartender Battle Off” at Terminal 3 Departure Bars from 6 pm to 9 pm. Travellers will be able to cast their vote on their choice.

Spend S$150 or more and accessorise your cocktail cabinet with a complimentary bar kit that includes an iridescent shaker, jigger and spoon. Products featured at The Cocktail Festival are also available on iShopChangi.com. Spend S$100 or more on iShopChangi from 6 September to 31 October and receive an exclusive gift with purchase of a travel-sized cocktail kit.

Kids Can Enjoy Flavours of China

Flavours of China features a fun-loving playground set-up that features the Chinese dish of Mala hotpot. Kids get to manoeuvre through an obstacle course, spin dizzy on rotating wheels and ride down a noodle slide straight into a pit full of Chinese Mala hotpot ingredients. There is a see-saw carousel, and rotating sphere at the playground as well.

Redeem Changi Playpasses for access to the playground with a minimum spend of S$50 in a single receipt from purchases at retail & F&B outlets in the Changi Airport public area and S$80 for supermarkets. Pay by MasterCard and receive an additional PlayPass (up to 3).

Flavours of China is located opposite Check-in Row 11 in Changi Airport Terminal 3 and is open from 12 pm to 11 pm in September from 6 to 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 and on 5 and 6 October. On 20 and 27 September, it will be open from 6 to 11 pm.
