Fiji Water Signature Creations Expedition takes you on an epicurean journey of some of the best cuisine Singapore has to offer in half a day. You would be chauffeured in a coach to six restaurants around Singapore.
Sample signature dishes handpicked by leading food critics including Straits Times Life! food columnist Wong Ah Yoke, Marcus Yeo from Lianhe Zaobao, Sylvester Ng from The Peak Selections: Gourmet & Travel, Adeline Wong from Epicure, Evelyn Chen from Zagat Guide Singapore and TODAY’s Don Mendoza. Each signature dish comes paired with wine and free flow of FIJI Water.
Participating restaurants of the FIJI Water Signature Creations Expedition include Tippling Club, Fat Cow, Absinthe, The Pelican, Prive Grill and Hashi.
Only 80 seats are available. Tickets can be purchased from www.tuckshop.sg at S$180 nett and full proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to Children’s Cancer Foundation.
There will also be an Instagram competition to document the trail. Snap and upload your experience at each restaurant and upload to Instagram with #FIJIWaterSignatureCreations, #RESTAURANT_NAME. If you have the best expedition album at the end of the day, you win dining vouchers from participating restaurants and one year’s supply of FIJI Water. Best five photos also get a consolation prize each.
