23 October 2012, Singapore – Dream World Productions presents its first musical production comedy about being single – COMPANY. Directed by Hossan Leong and choreographed by George Chan, the musical is based on a book by George Furth and was originally produced and directed on Broadway by Harold Prince. COMPANY has won seven TONY Awards including Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Original Music and Best Original Lyrics in the 1971 Original Broadway production and Best Revival of a Musical in the 2006 Broadway Revival.
This musical comedy touches the heart of being single and its pros and cons, ups and downs as well as ins and outs. Expect lots of good laughs and songs. It revolves around getting the hero, Robert, to get married.
