The Great Singapore Sale is more than halfway through and will end 14 August 2016. For the first time, UnionPay is the Official Card for this year’s sale. This is also the first time the sale has been extended by two weeks to 10 weeks.

If you reside in Singapore, UnionPay Debit and Credit cards are issued by Bank of China, DBS, ICBC and UOB. UnionPay cards are accepted at over 80% of merchants in Singapore and almost all ATMs islandwide. If your UnionPay card is QuickPass enabled, you can simply pay by just tapping your card at contactless payment terminals at some 180,000 POS terminals in Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, New Zealand and Singapore.  Singapore is the first country in Southeast Asia to launch QuickPass. Pay with QuickPass at Doutor Coffee, Hockhua and SaladStop! outlets islandwide.

With a few more weeks to enjoy great deals, we’ve picked eight reasons why you should shop with UnionPay this year.
