SyFy’s The Paranormal Zone S3 Finale Explores Singapore’s Darker Secrets
Celebrity host Li Kim explores the darker side of Singapore in a three part finale series on The Paranormal Zone Season Three.

Even the hustle and bustle of modern Singapore cannot hide its darkest secrets from paranormal daredevil, Li Kim. Having uncovered the mysteries of haunted houses, abandoned villages of Sabah and, even, UFOs in Malaysia, she sets her sights on Singapore to investigate the hauntings on Pulau Ubin and uncover the truth about the Death House in Sago Lane for The Paranormal Zone’s season three finale.

Showing every Monday at 10.50PM on SyFy (Starhub TV Channel 517), the three part finale will start off with the now “defunct” death houses and vicious murder scenes with the company of a spirt medium. Not many know of these forgotten death houses, especially those of my generation. These were shophouses where people near demise will come, with the funeral parlour ready below. By the 1960s, these shop houses were demolished to make way for Chinatown Complex. Having walked pass the area without a care in my mind, it makes me wonder just what Li Kim will discover in this episode.

The following week will continue on with the mysterious German girl shrine at Pulau Ubin. Who was this girl and why is there a shrine to her? It continues on with a final episode where she explores the unseen side of superstitious Singapore. Though a developed metropolitan, Singaporeans continue to pay homage to traditions and cultural practises to improve various aspects of their lives; be it safe travel, romance or career. It promises to be an eye-opening conclusion to a Singapore we rarely see.

The Paranormal Zone Season 3 will premiere its Singapore special on 24 August to 7 September 2015, every Monday at 10.50PM on the SyFy channel (Starhub TV Channel 517).
