X-Men: Days Of Future Past is simply the best X-Men franchise since X-Men 2. Wolverine returned to the past from a future where Earth was conquered by robots called Sentinels. With the future featuring mutants from the original X-Men trilogy and the past with X-Men from First Class, it is truly a dream come true for X-Men fans.
With such a huge cast, the story manages to nicely weave in these two generations of X-Men into the plot without overwhelming each generation and yet smoothly links up with the plot from all six previous X-Men movies. HOW NICE!
Like most recent superhero movies, the story line is no longer shallow, but comes with deep emotional ties among characters and everyone plays a critical role in the plot. The action sequence is intense and engaging to glue you to your seats while you shout NO NO NO…
If you are a true Sci-Fi movie geek, you will definitely appreciate the humour they have created in this movie which you need to pay attention and look out for it.
X-Men: Days Of Future Past is one epic movie that gives the franchise new future & excitement. Whether you are a X-Men fan or not, I am sure you will totally enjoy this movie. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. And here’s a song for you to end my review for the movie. Jim Croce’s Time In A Bottle.
