Marvel, Marvel, Marvel… YOU DID IT!!! SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING is the best Spidey movie of all times (at least according to me 😜). The screenplay writers managed to nicely blend in a high school teen movie with Marvel’s classic superhero flick together, with loads of comedic moments that everyone will enjoy throughout the movie’s 134 minutes. SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING had set another new benchmark, and you it will make you go “WHAT THE F***” at the end of the movie.
Tom Holland’s Spidey is by far the most adorable and the least “EMO” one, probably because he has the coolest & sexiest Aunt May of the lot. He also owns the best suit all thanks to Tony Stark aka Iron Man. Weaved into the Marvel Cinematic Universal plot this gives the movie more depth and yet there are no draggy scenes to bore you. Marvel did a good job in giving the story a twist at the right moment where you least expected and you will cringe just like a THRILLER flick. BRAVO!!!
For MCU fans, it was great to see the random cameos by our favourite heroes from MCU, and it was just the right amount so that they do not steal the limelight from high school Spidey.
SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING opens in cinemas across Singapore this Thursday, you should just book your tickets now so that you will not be missing out in all the Spidey discussion at dinner tables for the next few weeks. I give it a 4.5 out of 5. So good… I can watch it a second time!!!
