The lead actor for “The Gang Doctor” and one of South Korea’s hottest male stars, Joo Won, will be in Singapore to meet the fans. The free, open-to-public meet and greet will take place on Saturday, 10 October 2015 at Suntec City North Atrium (between Tower 1 and 2), at 715pm. Here in Singapore for the first time, Joo Won will be joined by up-and-coming singer-actress, Park Hye Soo, who plays his sister in the series.
“The Gang Doctor” has achieved record-high ratings in Korea, and is also the highest-rated prime time drama of 2015 on ONE in Singapore. Crowning Joo Won as one of Hallyu’s top four kings, alongside Lee Min Ho, Lee Jong Suk and Kim Soo Hyun.

Synopsis of The Gang Doctor
A medical prodigy with incredible surgical skills is forced to make illicit house calls to the wealthy to pay for his younger sister’s dialysis treatment. On one such assignment, he meets an heiress who has been kept in an induced coma by her brother as he desires her share of the inheritance. After she is rescued from her predicament, she embarks on her revenge against those who have plotted against her.
