Comedy Central Asia now on StarHub TV, Mio TV & Toggle

15 February 2013, Singapore – Comedy Central Asia is officially the first English-language Entertainment channel to be broadcasted across all three key Pay-TV Operators in Singapore (StarHub TV, SingTel Mio TV & Mediacorp Toggle). Comedy Central Asia is the only 24-hour all-comedy channel dedicated to bring humor to its audience, showcasing Asian and international comedy and comedic talent.

Only launched in Singapore on 1 November 2013, Comedy Central Asia is rapidly growing to reach out to all comedy fans in Singapore. Comedy Central originated in the US in 1991, it is the world’s biggest comedy network, renowned for featuring a stable of exclusive and tailor-made local and international comedy, from traditional to satire to sketches to popular sitcoms.

 

 

On 16 February 2013, Comedy Central Asia will be premiering Comedy Central Roast of Bob Saget, an one & a half hour special show, at 1030pm on StarHub TV Ch 516 (SD) and Ch 563 (HD). The Emmy-nominated COMEDY CENTRAL Roast is an annual star-studded event in which Comedy Central hand-picks a special Roastee to sit on the hot seat and take it on the chin for the evening with good-natured ribbing from colleagues and comics.
